Managed to try the Beaker and Gray in Wynwood for brunch on a Saturday and it was delicious! It is a trendy restaurant in a trendy neighborhood and the food is in a nutshell, delicious!

The Crispy Duck
We had this dish consisting of two eggs (sunny side up though you can get it any style), crispy duck leg, waffle, bacon jam, home fries. The waffle had an appropriately crispy exterior, not too firm. The duck had a well roasted skin and was simply divine to eat.
Thick Cut Coffee Glazed Bacon
Served in a skillet (as shown above), the bacon is so thick it is like a slab of pork belly on the side. Quite delicious and an excellent accompanyment with the Crispy Duck.
Guava Skillet Cookie
This combination of pasta de guayaba, brown sugar, cortadito ice cream is served still warm in the skillet and soft. The cold cortadito ice cream is a perfect contrast.
