Heritage Fire Tour - Heritage Fuego - Miami 2023

The Goya Heritage Fire tour this year in Miami was held at the Biltmore in Coral Gables, Florida. The festival celebrates local heritage breed livestock farmers and emphasizes live fire cooking. To me, I treated it as an excuse for a good time with good food and good spirits. The different booths are set up in an all you can eat fashion and you vote on which you believe is the best dish. After the festival, a Heritage Hero is crowned, based on the number of votes. As of this writing, the Winner of the Miami leg of the tour has not been decided. Once all of the Heritage Heroes are chosen all Heroes from all 14 cities compete in the Grand Finale.

Conclusion

A fun evening with great weather, good food and alcohol. It was not particularly crowded although started to towards the end of the night. It would be a good excuse to dress up to go out and enjoy the evening. I suspect in future years it will be more and more crowded but for now is a sweet spot for a good time with low crowds.
