Tasting every menu item at EntreNos
Tucked away in MIami Shores at the Tinta y Cafe open during dinner hours, to just call this pop up restaurant a gem would be an understatement. I came just as they were first awarded their Michelin star and at the time the restaurant would only seat half of their seats due to the short amount of staff. As they've become more successful they are now able to fill the entire restaurant so be sure to get reservations. Parking is ample and nearby. I always come a little early and have a drink at the gastrobar across the street.
Appetizers
This is one of the only restaurants where I can genuinely say that every single appetizer item is delicious!
The following videos show the appetizers in detail:
Sweet potato gnocchi pork sausage
Bluerunner Crudo
Royal Red Shrimp Chawanmushi
Beef Tartar (off menu)
Blue Oyster Mushroom, Red Shrimp Chuwanmushi
Sebastian Oysters
Entrees
Smoked Amberjack and Hertaberkschwein Pork
Dry Aged 10oz Ribeye (From HM Ranch)
Smoked Swordfish
Schnitzel Cobia Fish (off menu)
Dessert
EntreNos MameyCake
Conclusion
I believe this may be the best value among Michelin star restaurants in the Miami Area. Almost every dish is delicious restaurant and they have mostly locally sourced ingredients which is a big win for the Florida home team. My favorite main courses are the steak and the pork, but their other dishes are no slouch at all. The appetizers are all good. My least favorite dishes is probably the Schnitzel Cobia dish but I am appreciative of off menu items.
I rarely get desserts and if given the choice I'd opt for another appetizer or main dish instead. Having said that, the Mamey rumcake was delicious and definitely shareable.
